Project Scope
Winc’s legacy HR systems were slowing the business down. Performance reviews were manual and paper-based, requiring managers to submit written feedback that HR would collate for reporting. The process was time-consuming, lacked transparency, and offered little opportunity for collaboration or goal alignment.
Recruitment was equally fragmented. The candidate workflow was disconnected from communication platforms like Grayscale and Outlook, making interview scheduling and feedback sharing difficult. Background checks were initiated manually, and onboarding relied on PDFs and email, creating inefficiencies and room for error.
These disconnected processes created barriers to engagement, productivity, and strategic alignment. Winc needed a unified, tech-enabled solution to simplify workflows, empower leaders, and enhance the employee experience.
