The challenges we had before we engaged with EPI USE and SAP were our processes in terms of people were very outdated, very manually driven. The payroll system we had just wasn't able to cope with the level of employees in terms of our growth and it was becoming very cumbersome in how we signed a payroll every month. For example, the stack of paper like that. The HR and payroll system didn't talk to each other. People weren't always being paid the right amount of money and it was always literally on the edge every single month. Our onboarding process previously was literally a huge pack of information that would land on somebody's doormat which from an engagement perspective wasn't particularly helpful. The benefits that we've seen since implementing SuccessFactors have been immense. One is our headcount savings that we were able to produce which was circa 350,000 pounds worth of savings, which was great. And also just our general error rate, whether it be recruiting new people, onboarding, or in the payroll life cycle. Our error rate has gone down by 80 percent, so again significant benefit with that. Everything is far more streamlined. We're in control of our processes. We have really improved our people proposition and the employee experience is greatly improved. Our cost per hire has gone down quite significantly, probably over a third, and when we sometimes have more than a hundred vacancies per month, that's quite significant for us. We knew that by speeding up the processes through recruitment we would definitely see some benefits, but I think we've been surprised by actually how good those benefits have been. Managers like to have better control of what's going on with their people in their teams. I think from an HR perspective, it's really helped us have better compliance and governance and control over data. As our knowledge of the system increases as well, we'll be able to identify areas where we can make subtle enhancements that will make big changes out in the business. We chose EPI USE on recommendation. I think we recognized quite quickly that they were flexible and quick to respond to our needs, and we were certainly able to get plenty of support from EPI USE during our implementation process. We definitely feel reassured by having EPI USE on our side. What we liked about EPI USE is that they really listened. They were willing for us to challenge them and likewise they challenged us. So it was a really true partnership and we still have that relationship. The team at EPI USE are excellent. They really have experts in each area of the system which makes our lives much easier. They're always willing to help. They're still part of our team now. Life before and life after SuccessFactors has been hugely enlightening for the team and the business. We've achieved our cost saving benefits that we set out to do. What we've got now is a system that takes our colleague life cycle from recruitment to exit. It gives us greater transparency, far better insight and NI which we didn't have before. And really the most important thing, it really enhances our colleague experience from recruitment to in life to exit.
