What has your journey been like with EPI USE
I’ve been in EPI-USE for about two years, and when I started, I didn’t have much experience with the technology I’ve been implementing.
But EPI-USE has been training me. The on-the-job learning and support I’ve received have made me the worker I am today.
They supported me all the way, and I can’t thank them enough for helping me grow into this position and be part of the consulting group.

I started out with EPI-USE quite junior, quite green. Coming from the business perspective, I didn’t know anything technical at the start.
The team has always advocated for supporting and shadowing, and in my five years with EPI-USE, I’ve become far more confident presenting to clients.
Five years ago, I never thought I could do what I do now. Credit to EPI-USE, the leadership team, and the whole team in general.

We’ve grown. When I started, the team was about twelve people. Now we’re almost one hundred consultants.
I love the flexibility of working for a company like this. Consultants generally work from home, but we also have the option of coming into our beautiful Circular Quay office.
Being able to work alongside colleagues on the same client is really beneficial to the outcomes we deliver.

EPI-USE follows through on what they say.
When I came in as a new starter, I was a little scared to jump into things and get thrown into the deep end, but they push you in the right way.
They make you comfortable with responsibility because they provide such a strong support network around you.
Even if you’re unsure how things work, they make sure the right people are there to help.

That support filters down from leadership as well. A lot of the time, you wouldn’t even know someone is top leadership because they’re just sitting in the office with you, hanging out and helping.
They lead by example.

Culture is the key thing for me. I love the team I work with.
The projects we work on are challenging and exciting. No two projects are the same.
But knowing we have such a confident and capable consultant team behind us makes me feel secure.
