What has your journey been like with EPI USE?
I’ve been really fortunate with my six years working with EPI-USE.
I started as a recruiting and onboarding consultant, and I’ve had the opportunity to grow my skills and move into a project management role, and more recently into the Delivery Lead for the New South Wales team.
All of that happened with the support of our leadership team and the great group of consultants we work with on projects at EPI-USE.

I was given the opportunity to work on amazing projects that allowed me to obtain my professional certification.
That was a very important milestone in my career.

Flexibility is one of the most important things about working for an employer, and EPI-USE is the best at advocating for it.
It’s a very supportive environment.
You can ask the team anything, and it’s never treated as a silly question.
Someone will always respond because everyone is committed to creating a good outcome for clients and for each other.
It really is a one-team environment.

The community even calls it a family, and I think that’s accurate.
They’ve created such an organic support structure that I can reach out to anybody for help and I’ll receive it.
It doesn’t matter where they’re from, whether it’s EPI-USE Local or EPI-USE Philippines.
I never feel distant from anyone, even though everyone is remote.
That’s what I truly love about working here.
